Our Cradle to Career model emphasizes delivering extensive support and resources to individuals from birth all the way through college and into their careers. The goal is to disrupt cycles of poverty and ensure that every resident of Jacobsville achieves their full potential.

Academic Success
Our goal is to support our students by building lasting relationships and helping them achieve key milestones. We aim to prepare students for success in middle school math and help them transition into high school, college, or a career. We partner with Delaware Elementary, North Junior High, and North High School to ensure that our students receive the academic support they need while also assisting the in-school staff.
Build Lasting Relationships
Our programming is designed to cultivate long-lasting relationships that promote healthy behaviors. Our goal is to support our students from cradle to career, meaning we aim to continuously foster their growth and development. By providing resources, guidance, and a supportive network, we strive to equip our students with the skills and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges successfully with a strong support system around them.

Gospel
Our mission is to share God’s love by walking with kids from cradle to career and supporting in many ways. We also demonstrate God’s love by putting Christ at the center of our programming. Our children participate daily in ministry lessons, deepening their relationships with Christ and gaining a thorough understanding of the Bible. Our dedicated team is committed to creating a nurturing environment that fosters spiritual growth and guidance for every child.
Diversify Experiences
While we prioritize academic success, we also place significant emphasis on real-life experiences and career exploration in our daily programming. We offer enriching activities for our students both during regular programming and school breaks. Additionally, we integrate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) into our daily activities, allowing students to explore various careers and engage in special projects.

Social and Emotional Learning
Our Social and Emotional Learning team supports the whole child by fostering emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy relationships. They aim to create safe, inclusive environments where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to manage their emotions, build positive connections, and make responsible decisions. Their mission is to help every student develop lifelong coping skills and confidence so they can thrive academically, socially, and personally—regardless of the challenges they face.
